We accept inquiries and bookings:

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00–16:00 (by appointment only)

  • Via email or contact forms on the website

We aim to respond within 48 hours on working days.

8. Payment and invoicing

Consultations must be prepaid by bank transfer. Payment instructions are sent by email after booking.

An invoice (PDF) will be issued upon payment confirmation.
